Our second competition gives you the chance to win a small Regency window box frame made from recycled, powder-coated aluminium. The 6kg frame comes flat-packed, with all fixings and instructions included.

1. The promoter of this competition is Restoration & Beyond Ltd, 140 Park Road, Hartlepool TS26 9HY.
2. The promotion is open to anyone resident in mainland UK aged 18 years or over provided they are not employees (including their associates or family members) of Restoration & Beyond Ltd, Competition 1: Sophia's Gardens or Neil Broomhill, or Competition 2: Iron & Stone Garden Products.
3. The closing date for all entries is 5pm on 31 January 2010. The prize draw will take place on 3 February 2010 and the winner will be notified by 10 February 2010.
4. Competition 1: The prize is worth £49.95 including VAT and consists of a 'Complete Gardens' CD-ROM - 3,500 plant version: Gardening advice, garden planning software & planting advice, which will be provided and delivered to the winners by Sophia's Gardens. Competition 2: The prize is worth £90 including VAT and consists of a small Regency window box frame made from recycled, powder-coated aluminium, which will be provided and delivered to the winners by Iron & Stone Garden Products.
5. There is no cash alternative to the prize.
6. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with regard to it.
7. Restoration & Beyond Ltd reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in its sole discretion, the competition is not capable of being conducted as specified.
8. Restoration & Beyond Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize or for loss of or damage to the prize due to circumstances beyond its control.
9. The competition and the terms and conditions of this agreement will be governed by English Law.
